Marc oversees the entire leasing process from start to finish, including tenant inquiries, showings, application review, and lease preparation. His ability to anticipate potential issues, verify information carefully, and maintain clear communication with both tenants and property owners sets him apart.

 

In addition, Marc works closely with our property management and maintenance teams to make sure properties are rent-ready, compliance standards are met, and applicants are qualified quickly and accurately.
